Dear Families,

My name is Frank Suppa and I'm a third grade teacher in Room 111.  Our classroom motto is Sunny 111 and we have the brightest students.

I was hired by Minneapolis Public Schools in 1986.  I have taught at Lyndale, Marcy, and Tuttle Elementary Schools.  I joined the staff at Dowling in 2002.

When you enter my classroom, the environment is colorful and student friendly, with a campsite as our reading corner, which is known as Camp Read.   I believe students should enjoy learning, and as a teacher it is my responsibility to make lessons exciting and to enrich students' learning experience.  There are many different ways that students learn, so in my classroom we follow our school/district curriculum, but we also do a variety of  learning projects, creative writings, science activities, and field trips to enrich students' learning.

You may contact me at frank.supp@mpls.k12.mn.us.
