Welcome To Dowling! 

I have been a Special Education Teacher for Minneapolis Public Schools since 2016. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education with licensures in Academic Behavioral Strategiest (ABS) K-12 and Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD) K-12 from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

As a Resource Teacher, I provide specialized services in English/Language Arts, math, social-emotional, behavior management, and organizational skills. These services are provided either in a small-group specialized setting or within their inclusive classroom. My students refer to me as "Ms. Luanna".
